Asta Sonner speaks on AI and trust at NCIT 2026
Asta Sonner, CEO of Limitless Marketing, sat on the Fiji National University panel Trust in the Digital Economy: AI, Cybersecurity and the Future of Commerce in the Pacific at the 7th National Conference on Information Technology (NCIT 2026) at Shangri-La Yanuca Island on 28 August 2026.
His message for Pacific businesses was four points: put cybersecurity at the centre of every AI rollout; use responsible AI to automate low-risk work without removing human accountability; collect only the customer data needed to deliver the service, in plain language, with a human handoff; and protect trust for Fiji and Pacific businesses, where reputation moves fast.
